Stars : Nachdem die Leiche eines jungen Mädchens, das offenbar brutal ermordet worden ist, in einem englischen Skatepark gefunden wird, schließen sich die Brüder Joe und Chrissie Fairburns ihrem Abteilungsleiter Robert an, um den Täter dingfest zu machen. Die Spur führt sie zu Jason Buliegh, einem vorbestraften Sexualstraftäter und Außenseiter. Aber die Polizei ist gezwungen, den Verdächtigen aus Mangel an Beweise wieder ziehen zu lassen. Doch das wollen die beiden Brüder nicht akzeptieren und beschließen, die Sache in die eigene Hand zu nehmen und Jason zu einem Geständnis zu zwingen. Währenddessen werden sie von ihrem Vater, dem pensionierten Polizeichef Lenny Fairburns, beobachtet, der stiller Zeuge wird, wie die Tragödie seine Söhne zu zerstören droht. Besonders Joe ist bald davon besessen, das Verbrechen zu lösen.
